Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TgRadar service (tgradar.com), provided by TgRadar ("we", "us", "Operator"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Service description

TgRadar is a monitoring service for public Telegram chats and channels that identifies messages containing service requests in real time and delivers them to users as a structured lead feed organized by category.

2. Registration and access

To use the service, submit a request through the form on our website. Access to the lead feed is granted after your request is reviewed and activated by a manager. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.

3. Pricing and payment

The service is available on a paid subscription basis. The first 14 days are free with no payment method required. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

• Subscription pricing depends on your selected categories and lead volume.
• Payment is handled as agreed with your account manager.
• We may update pricing with at least 7 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• using lead feed data to send spam or unsolicited messages;
• reselling, redistributing, or publishing data from the service to third parties without our written consent;
• attempting unauthorized access to service systems, databases, or infrastructure;
• using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the service interface;
• using the service for any illegal activity or in violation of third-party rights.

5. Data and content rights

The service aggregates publicly available messages from open Telegram sources. We make no claim to the original content authored by message senders. The service's structure, filtering algorithms, interface, and software are the intellectual property of TgRadar.

By granting access to the lead feed, we issue you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service data for commercial purposes within your own business operations.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• completeness or accuracy of leads — filtering is performed automatically using AI;
• uninterrupted service availability — maintenance windows may occur;
• a specific lead volume — the number of leads depends on source activity.

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including lost profits.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service without prior notice if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by notifying your account manager.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at tgradar.com/tos. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
